For more than three decades, Richard van der Dys has built his career around a passion for fine jewelry, exceptional craftsmanship, and the meaningful relationships created along the way.

Growing up in Venezuela in a family connected to the oil and gas industry gave Richard the opportunity to travel the world from an early age. Those experiences introduced him to extraordinary architecture, timeless design, and artistry from around the globe—an appreciation that would ultimately inspire his journey into the world of luxury fine jewelry.

Throughout his career, Richard has experienced nearly every facet of the jewelry industry, from design and manufacturing to working with some of the world's most distinguished jewelry and timepiece designers. His travels have taken him inside workshops and factories around the world, where he witnessed firsthand the artistry, precision, and craftsmanship behind truly exceptional pieces.

Over the years, Richard came to understand that true luxury is about far more than the jewelry itself. True luxury is personal. It is taking the time to know each client, understand their story, celebrate their milestones, and help them find or create something that holds meaning for generations.
